Product Description

USAGE:
GL series laboratory high shear mixer granulator is laboratory equipment applied in research and development of products which mainly used in solid dosage area of pharmaceutical and food industry etc. It's used for raw material mixing and granulating application to verify the recipe.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The raw material is loaded into the container and mechanically fluidized inside the container under the impeller force, which realizes the perfect mixing performance. Loading the binder into the container and starts the chopper. The material coheres together by the binder which forms the binder bridge for form the core granules. Under the mechanical energy conversion, the qualified granule grows up and formed.

FEATURES:

1. Cylinder & conical material container structure, Z shaped mixing impeller, together form the perfect mixing and granulating performance with qualified wet granules. The design principle and parameter are complied with production equipment to realize the process scaling up, and has strong guiding.
2. Flexible module design, and can realize the interchange between different size bowls. Provide wide range bowl volume for choice.
3.  It is easy &  convenient  to  obser ve granulating status through the clear lid glass.
4. Compound mechanical & air sealing structure to avoid any material leakage and cross contamination, satisfies with the current GMP clean production request.
5. Variable impeller & chopper speed controlled by VFD and setup from HMI, satisfies with various product mixing & granulating requests.
6. PLC controlled, can store recipes and parameters, able to record and print the datum and satisfies with the current GMP standard.
