TJ120 New Horizontal Type Cartoning Machine is a mechatronic product designed by our company with many years' production experience and adopts international advanced chain-type continuous operating new construction, subverts domestic traditional batch-type design principle. It adopts PLC, Touch Screen, creative designs the speed adjustment technology and the automatic controlling technology of integration of machine, electricity and light. The operation link adopts advanced detection device, automatically eliminate unqualified products, guarantee 100% of the qualified product, and automatically counting and display on touch screen. Totally conforms with GMP requirements, and greatly reduce the production cost and labor intensity.The machine is composed of paper folding part and carton opening, packing part, etc.Two sucker revolve to suck box, erect box, place box in one step and put boxes uprightly into the chain-type grid belt of the cartoning machine. The highest speed can reach 120 boxes/min, depending on each product's size, shape and feeding ways, etc. The machine is suitable for cookies, ice-cream, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. To connect other equipment, it also has severe relevant connecting devices matching different type products.
Varieties conversion without replace any parts, can be directly adjust mechanism for conversion, the adjusting units use handle to adjust screws for fastening, easy to operate, without tools. Outer Cover is made of high quality s.s. 304 stainless steel casing, high strength PC endurance plate. Close all the outer covers during machine normal production process, to provide security for operating personnel. The machine adopts multiple high reliable mechanical overload protection device, which makes the sudden situation of the operation to self protection, reduction of the machine damage.

Normally we prefer payment terms T/T, L/C, D/P.
We also could accept payment made by West Union, PayPal, Money Gram.
Q2. What are your delivery terms and delivery period?
We accept FOB , CIF, CIP, CFR, FCA,EXW. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. For other terms and conditions, we can negotiable to see the possibilities.
Normally it is 7-14 to arrange the shipping. For OEM package orders, more days shall be considered.
Q3. How about the packaging?
We could also offer bags/cartons/drums with Pallet, it is convenient for transportation also.
If you have special requirements on the packages, we will offer reasonable plan for you.
