Product Description

USAGE:
FBL series laboratory fluid bed dryer & granulator is laboratory equipment applied in research and development of products which mainly used in solid dosage area of pharmaceutical and food industry etc. It's used for raw material granulation application to verify the recipe and realize the follow-up preparations speciality.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The take in air is processed from the inlet heating unit through filter and heated, and blow up the material uniformly and dried by the hot air. In case of fluidized granulation, the binder is sprayed from the peristaltic pump through the spray gun into the chamber onto the product surfaces. The product coheres together by the binder which forms the binder bridge for form the core granules and grows up and formed. The binder bridge is evaporated away by the hot air and the evenly dried granules formed.
 

FEATURES:

1. Special design realizes silicone air bag inflation sealing between each parts and eliminate moving parts.
2. H13 high efficiency filter, clean inlet air.
3. Pulse jet cleaning filter, can set up the blowback parameter of the filter bag.
4. The material bowl is interchangeable, which is more suitable for wide range granulation batch.
5. Ov erall safet y design and alar m monitoring, can ensure the safety and reliability of operation.
6. . PLC control,  can  store  recipes and parameters, able to record and print the datum and satisfy with the current GMP standard.
