Product Description

USAGE:
TJ Series Lif ting Tippe r with on-line dr y cone mill is used for unloading and transferring the dried or granulated products from material bowl of fluid-bed granulator,and after dry milling then to blender bin or sieving.

FEATURES:
1.Integrated mechanical and electric design with compact reliable structure;
2. Slewing- able post with lifitng compact structure suitable for granulation suit variation;

3. Full loading & unloading of the product with cone adapter designed according to FBG/FBD material container.

4. Tipper hinged with on-line cone mill height adjustable to match with different size of bin ensure the dust free docking to lower down labor and match with GMP regulation.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Unload the tipper with dock it with fluid-bed material container; lock the cone adpaper and rasie it up to the requied height which allows the bin moving down; lower down the tipper and cone adpater and dock it with bin, open the butterfly valve on the adpater unloading the material from the cone adapter, the dry on-line cone mill starts runing for dry sizing. The dry sized product flow down into the IBC bin. Upon finishing the operation, un-docking each parts to be ready for next processing and operation.
