Features:
1. Is designed for production capacity of up to 150,000 capsules per hour.
2. Adopt the second generation fully enclosed turntable design.The upper mold adopts biaxial circular up and down movement, and the imported silica gel seal reduces the powder into the rotary table.The lower mold adopts two shafts for circular in and out movement, with imported silica gel sealing ring, reduce the powder condition due to the movement of the shaft back and forward expansion, stable and high precision;The double shaft is made of gland, easy to disassemble and install, easy to clean, replace the sealing ring without opening the turntable, avoid the disadvantages of disassembling the turntable and reinstalling cumbersome.
3. Taking the lower plane of the metering plate as the benchmark, using 3d adjustment mechanism, eliminating the natural deformation of the metering plate and the copper pad plate, the gap is uniform, reducing the phenomenon of powder leakage, convenient cleaning, and ensuring the difference of loading quantity, the original national similar models.
4. Added design of capsule control switch.(Control outside the main machine: safer and more convenient).
5. Added inching switch function to facilitate humanized operation in production and cleaning.
6. Adopting capsule vacuum positioning and capsule separating mechanism, the capsule loading ≥99%.
7. Double rows silicone pad, no air source, no dust flying out of the capsule device.

9. Equipped with 7 inch color touch screen, automatic alarm: lack of capsule or powder, vacuum fault, machine door loosened(opened).
10. Equipped with the secondary humidity dehumidification device in the filling chamber, which solves the poor dehumidification effect of the filling workshop system and the bearing limit of the operator's body (optional).
11. The cleaning and blowing structure which solves the problem that the capsule is difficult to unplug due to the deposition of strong viscous powder dust in the mold plane and mold cavity during production, and greatly improves the probability of capsule loading (optional).
