Product Description

TJ 200 intelligent high-speed cartoning machine is the advanced technology developed mechanical and electrical integration products, feeding -leaflet folding-carton open - blister and leaflet into carton, carton lot number, carton sealing, finished product out; machine, electricity, light, gas integration of automatic control, to realize the automatic 
medicine packing production,  each operation link adopts advanced detection system, automatically reject unqualified products, guarantee the product percent of pass is 100%, human error control at a minimum, effectively prevent the medicine in the process of packaging contaminated resulting in a decline in quality and ensure medicine packaging production process fully conforms to the requirement of GMP, and greatly reduce the production cost and Labour strength.
Fully use of structure design of the balcony, innovation the structure of the compact design and ergonomics let operators can maximize the closer equipment and to clean, the whole balcony type suspended structure, dirt, scattered in the operation of the machine will drop in the bottom of the machine from impending joint unified collection, and full stainless steel fuselage, closed circuit, gas path structure,  It makes the machine more humanized design, the driving device is located at the backside of the machine, completely open in the operator's side, meet GMP requirements, easy to operate.  The innovative compact design and ergonomic construction allow maximum access and cleaning to the equipment, all with ease of operation  .
Performance:
1.The equipment cover is made of high quality 304 stainless steel cover and aluminum alloy tempered glass protective door.  The aluminum alloy toughened glass protective door is protected by Schneider door magnetic switch (through CE certification). When the protective door is opened in the normal production process of the machine, the machine will automatically stop working to ensure the safety of operators   .
2.Horizontal cartoning, through the suction cup to put the carton into the rotating chain, the rotating chain in the same direction of continuous operation, carton and medicine are lying on the way of packaging..
3.The machine adopts continuous cartong, the machine is run stable and to minimizethe mechanical operation noise and load.
4.The medicine is put into the carton by multi-head and multi-station. When the pusher is in synchronous operation with the medicine and the carton,the pusher adopts linear CAM mechanism to send the medicine into the carton
 within a certain distance, and the medicine is put into the carton under non-impact state.
5.The operation system uses the man-machine interface touch screen to talk with the machine to realize the adjustment of each station program and the statistics of the production condition of the machine.  Fault alarm display, etc.
6.The program adopts PLC automatic monitoring and photoelectric detection mechanism, which can automatically display, alarm and pick out when the blisterloading is insufficient and the carton jam, so as to ensure the output 
of 100% qualified finished products.  And automatic counting display on the screen .
7.The main motor adopts frequency conversion.
8.The machine adopts several highly reliable mechanical overload automatic protection devices, so that the machine can protect itself and avoid damage in emergencies during operation.
9.Changeable is convenient to operate and can be adjusted without tools. It can be changed directly by adjusting mechanism. Each adjusting component is tightened by handle adjustable set screw  .
