Product Description

Profile of TJ 4000 Series High Speed Rotary Tablet Press:

1. This series machine is applicable to pharmaceutical industry for compacting into tablets the granular materials meeting the requirements for tableting (except those being explosive, inflammable or corrosive) . The tablets to be produced can be round or shaped with engraving on one side or both sides. It is not suitable for semi solid, humid granules or granules with a low melting point or non granular powders.
2. The machine consists of the main machine and electric system.
3. The machine adopts a high strength and high rigidity rack structure and compacting roller structure, with both the pre compression and main compression reaching 100KN and diameter of the roller being 250mm, to ensure the quality of the compaction.
4. The "Sadder" die fixing mode is adopted, with the die being fixed tightly and easy to remove and no eccentricity of the die to be caused and no breaking of upper punch.
5. Automatic oil lubrication system is adopted,which will lubricate the upper and lower punches and upper and lower cams as well as the upper and lower rollers at the fixed time,with the time of oiling to be adjustable and alarm for low level of oil.
6. The tableting compartment and enclosure are made of SS304 or material with the surface being specially treated for corrosion resistance. The transparent and colorless viewing windows around the tableting compartment are made of anti electrostatic and high strength flexiglass made in Germany, with extremely high protective function and in compliance with CE standard.
7. The working top of the turret is made of the advanced composite material rust resistant and wearing resistant, with high corrosion resistance. The holes for the upper and lower punches in the turret are provided with anti oil permeation and dust proof device. There are dust collecting seals fitted on the shank of the upper punch, to ensure no contamination caused to the pharmaceuticals.
8. The fully enclosed and powder proof structure is adopted, with the tableting compartment to be isolated from the exterior and separated from the transmission area, not to cause any cross contamination.
9. The transparent viewing windows around the tableting compartment can be opened with no dead corner in 360°. The components in the tableting compartment can be quickly dismantled and installed for the convenience of cleaning and maintenance on line.
10. The force feeder with three vanes in two levels is adopted, to increase the fluidity of the granules, uniformity of material supply and consistency of the filling quantity. And the structure adopted is easy to assemble and dissemble and clean. The feeder can be mounted/removal quickly without any tool, for the convenience of cleaning and maintenance of the feeder.
11. The layout of the dust sucking device is reasonable and easy to mount/dismantle.
12. The high precision load sensor of a famous German brand and high precision position sensor made in Japan are adopted. And, our own proprietary high speed sampling module with the intellectual property right ensures a high precision sampling of the weight of tablets.
13. The automatic control system exercises the accurate control of the weight of the tablet and rejection of non conforming tablets.
14. The pressure of the main compression and pre compression roller can be displayed.
15. For the control of the filling quantity and adjustment of the thickness and pressure under the main and pre compression roller, the accurate positioning is realized through the electric system and precision displacement measuring device.
16. The automatic control of filling quantity, weight and thickness of the pharmaceutical tablets, automatic rejection of the non conforming single tablet is realized and the productive data, data of the running of the machine and defective information can be displayed in time.
17. The 15in color touch screen is adopted with the advanced man-machine dialogue mode and menu operation mode. Multiple kinds of pharmaceutical production information and control parameters can be saved.
18. It adopts WINCC operating system in compliance with 21 CFR PART 11 with the function of electronic signature and electronic records (option)

     20. ABB motors are used for the main motor and feeding motor of the machine, with the adjustment of the speed of the motor by means of the high performance inverter made by Siemens running consistently under load at a low speed. Thus, the random adjustment can be realized from the low speed to the maximum speed without creep and with good mechanical property.

     21. It is provided with the function of automatic identification of the filling cam.

    22. The electric distribution box adopts the drawer type structure being convenient for the electricians to operate the care and maintenance.

    23. The electric control cabinet is separated from the main machine to prevent the electric control cabinet from being invaded by the powders.

     24. The high performance tooling overload protection system is adopted.
