4. It takes the undersurface plane of dose disc as base and ues 3d structure, protect the dose disc and copper pad plate from natural deformation, It ensure the uniformity in interval and the accurate filing weight, decreasing the phenomena of powder leak and easy to clean, original of similar models in China.
5. The transmission CAM of all working stations is improved, and the high quality special steel is used to make the inner groove wheel drive, which eliminates the drawbacks of easy fatigue and fracture of spring traction, and is wear-resistant and stable in running.
6. The mechanical transmission part of the new layout design and the "internal CAM" instead of the traditional "working rod" filling transmission mechanism, increase the filling strength, make the machine run more quiet and stable, more advanced of same kind equipment.
7. The capsule vacuum positioning and capsule separation mechanism is adopted to make the capsule loading rate ≥98%.
8. The capsule control switch is added( Control outside the body: safer and more convenient).
9. The inching control system is added to facilitate humanized operation in production and cleaning.
10. Modular closed powder filling mechanism is adopted, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
11. The equipment has automatic timing refueling system.
12. The multi curved surface adjustable powder retaining structure and side inclined angle feeding structure are used, so that the powder is evenly distributed in the powder storage chamber, accurate flow direction, and the smooth flow velocity, the extremely accurate loading accuracy is achieved. The newly designed powder feeding device has the advantages of compact structure, convenient disassembly and cleaning.
13. Using 10 inch color LCD touch screen, automatically alarm when it is lack of capsule, powder/granules/pellets, vacuum fault and machine door is loose or open.
14. The capsule lock cleaning device is added. When the capsule lock device locks the capsule, the capsule lock cleaning system works to remove the fine dust raised during locking.
15. The mold blowing structure is added to solve the problem that the mold surface and the cavity are densely viscous due to the deposition of the drug dust, which makes the capsule difficult to open and greatly improved the capsule loading rate.
16. Add the setting of the secondary humidity dehumidification device in the filling chamber is equipped to solve the poor dehumidification effect of the system in the filling workshop and the bearing limit of the operator's body (optional).
17. The main electronic control components are imported brands, and the advanced control principle ensures the accurate realization of various program control and safety protection functions.
