The TJ9-010 PLUS pure water mist generator can produce high concentrationwater vapor 

(particle size range: 1-10 um concentration over 80%), high visibility,and absolute pollution-free. 

After the water vapor is emitted in the cleanroom,there are no detectable residual substances.

The TJ9-010 PLUS is suitable forsemiconductor and pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
