Characteristics: 
TJ 320H Blister Packing Machine is much faster and more productive than flat type blister packing machine.

1. Forming and heating plate close and open automatically, it could protract time to boot-strap after put down heating plate, limit wasting material less than one blister.
2. Air bed sealing, net-plate is hoisted by cylinder while stop. Avoid making blister metamorphose by heat radialization while settling, easy to clean the net-plate also, at the same time,play the role of buffer when Over pressure, is propitious to prolong machine usage life.
3. Adopt roller heat sealing, blister filed with tablets go through between the two rollers with aluminum foil and two rollers contact into a line, contacting area is small and relative pressure is big, thus make the sealing more thoroughly. Shorter time for heating as the small contact area to make the machine speed faster, it is one of the advantages of roller heat sealing. The heat sealing roller is equipped with stainless steel heating pipe to heat the roller, and heating pipe is controlled by the automatic temperature control system to make constant temperature.
4. This machine adopt air cooling, in order to avoid water leakage phenomenon in the past.
5. Alarm and stop machine while PVC is used up or discerption, easy to replace and add PVC on time. 
6. It adopts no waste side punching, can save more than $50,000/year materials. And also can save labor.
7. The main body of the machine is fabricated of S.S. 304 quality plate and frame, and comply with cGMP standard and CE.
