Product Introduction The TJA-5 B Suspended Particle Generator is designed with excellent performance and ease of operation making it an ideal tool for demonstrating or testing HEPA high-efficiency filtration systems. It needs to be installed in a system with airflow ranging from 500 to 65,000 cubic feet per minute and an inert gas source along with a 120/240 volt, 750-watt electrical supply environment.
The TJA-5 B has control and display functions on the front panel. It is a large capacity suspended particle generator that can operate for 4 hours without re-filling. Its digital temperature control allows the operator to set up the most suitable environment for the specified suspended particles.
TJA-5 B can produce airborne particles of consistent size distribution, the principle is to add a ertain amount of suspended particle source liquid within a large thermal range, the liquid is evaporated and recombined, then sent out through a small amount of inert gas under only 5 pounds of pressure, forming airborne particles of various diameters. The effectiveness of TJA in generating suspended particles can be complemented by using a photometer such as TJA-2G or TJA-2H, which can provide sufficient suspended particles to measure filtration systems (flow rate range from 500-65,000 cubic feet per minute) or concentrations less than 100 micrograms per liter, increasing the sensitivity of the photometer can also test for leaks. When it comes to verifying clean rooms, testing high-efficiency filtration systems or individual filtration devices, the TJA-5B is your best choice.
