Profile of TJ2000 Series High Speed Rotary Tablet Press:
- It is suitable for use in the pharmaceutical industry (except materials that are explosive, inflammable, or corrosive) to compact the granular materials meeting the requirements into tablets, round, irregular, with or without engravings on one or two sides. It is not suitable for semi solids, humid granules, materials with a low melting point and non granular powders.
- The machine mainly consists of the machine proper and electrical control system.
- The machine adopts a rack structure and roller structure with high strength and rigidity, with the pre compression being 100kN and main compression 100kN. The diameter of the roller is 250mm to ensure the quality of the tablets produced.
- The turret can be exchanged quickly, meeting the requirement of CIP. The optional lift and handling trolley are available for dismantling and assembling of the turret.
- The "Saddle type" die fixing mode is adopted, being easy to fix and dismantle the dies with the die not to be eccentric easily. Thus, it will not cause the upper punch to be broken.
- Automatic oil lubrication system is adopted, which can lubricate the upper and lower punches and upper and lower rails and the upper and lower main rollers regularly, with the lubricating time being adjustable. And, lubricating oil level alarming device is provided
- The compacting compartment and enclosure are made of S.S 304 or materials with the surface going through the special anti corrosion treatment. The material of the transparent windows on the four sides of the compacting compartment is the flexiglass made in Germany, that is anti electrostatic and of a high strength, with extremely high safety protective function and in compliance with CE standard.
- The working top of the turret adopts the composite material being anti corrosive and wearing. The die holes and punch holes in the turret are provided with anti oil leakage and dust proof devices. Moreover, the upper punches are provided with dust collecting rings, to ensure no contamination to the pharmaceuticals.
- A fully enclosed and powder proof structure is adopted, with the compacting compartment being isolated from the outside and separated from the transmission area, with no cross contamination to be caused.
- The transparent windows on the four sides of the compacting compartment can be opened with no dead corner in 360°; The parts in the compacting compartment can be quickly dismantled and assembled, for the convenience of cleaning in place and maintenance.
- Force feeder with three vanes in two layers is adopted, to improve the fluidity of the granules, uniformity of feeding and consistency of filling amount. It adopts a structure that is easy to assemble, dismantle and clean. The feeder can be dismantled and assembled quickly with no need to use any tool, for the convenience of cleaning and maintenance.
- The dust suction device is easy to dismantle and assemble with a reasonable layout.
- It is equipped with the automatic control system to perform the accurate control of the weight of the tablets and the non conforming tablets will be rejected singly.
- The high precision load sensor made by the famous manufacturer in Germany and the high precision position sensor made in Japan are adopted, with the sampling of the weight of the tablets being of a high precision.
- The pressure of the main and pre compression rollers can be displayed.
- The adjustment of the thickness of the tablet under the main compression and pre compression and the control of the filling quantity are via the servo system with the high precision displacement measuring device to realize the accurate positioning.
- The sophisticated industrial computer made by Siemens of Germany is adopted, to realize the automatic control of the filling quantity, weight and thickness of the tablets, singly rejection of the non conforming tablets and in time display and record of the productive data, running data and defective information of the machine.
- 15 in color touch screen is adopted, with the advanced man machine dialogue mode and menu for the operation. The productive information of the pharmaceuticals and control parameters can be stored.
- It is in compliance with 21 CFR PART 11,with the electronic signature and recording function.

20. The main motor and feeding motor adopt the high performance frequency variable speed adjusting system made by famous Japanese manufacturer, with load and running stable at a low speed. It is adjustable from zero to the maximum speed, with no crawling phenomenon and good mechanical characteristics.
21. The function of automatic identification of the filling cam is available.
22. The drawer-type electrical distribution box is adopted for the convenience of care and maintenance by the electricians.
23. The electrical cabinet is separate from the machine proper, to protect the electrical panel against the intrusion of the powder and/or dust.
24. The high performance punch over load protective system is adopted.
25. The machine is provided with the following automatic protective and alarming functions:
